Ingrid Bartlett's 
Ph-IRES Experience

My name is Ingrid Bartlett and I am an undergraduate studying at Oregon State University. I will graduate with my bachelor's degree in biology with a focus in marine biology in June, 2024. I have strong interests in marine conservation and investigating the many ways that marine life is impacted by people.

 

I was a part of the summer 2022 Ph-IRES cohort. Over the course of eight weeks, I studied the effects of fishing pressure on the reproductive biology of Halichoeres scapularis, a species of sex changing wrasse.
